Master plan
520 hectares beside IUT
The master plan covers 520 hectares on the Mahmoudabad foothills in north-west Isfahan, next to Isfahan University of Technology and on the city’s industrial–urban axes. Over a 20-year horizon it provides for incubators, five to ten science parks, plots for knowledge-based firms, green space, and a residential district for the creative class — designed to international urban standards.

Land plots
Sheikh Bahaei and Abourihan plots from roughly 400 m², with services in place since 2012.
